At Shiv Home Decor, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your item, we accept returns under the conditions outlined below.
Return Eligibility
- Returns must be requested within 7 days of receiving your product.
- Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received them.
- Certain items, such as custom or personalized products, are not eligible for return.
2. How to Return an Item
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

- Provide your order number and the reason for the return.
- Once your return request is approved, we will send you instructions for returning the item.
3. Refund Process
- Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will process the refund in 7 business days and It will be credited to the original payment method within 7 working days.
- Refunds will not include shipping costs unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., defective or wrong items).
4. Exchange Policy
We do not offer exchanges directly. If you'd like a different product, we recommend returning the item for a refund and placing a new order.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at shivhomedecor@gmail.com within 7 days of receipt. We will either send a replacement or issue a refund for the damaged product.
In case of replacement the product will be delivered within 14 working days.
6. Shipping Costs
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a mistake on our part.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for returns, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
